Let It Go is the third single lifted from Acid Jazz signings The Moons’ critically ac-claimed debut album Life On Earth.

The Moons have exceeded all expectations. Their debut was released in March 2010 and was launched with an outstanding live performance at HMV Oxford Street – proving to be one of the best the store ever had.

The Moons, fronted by Paul Weller's keyboard player Andy Crofts, are a classic Brit-ish pop band. Influenced by the likes of The Specials and XTC they blend a particu-larly British take on a classic rock sound with amazingly written songs. Three part harmonies mixed with traditional pop sensibilities deliver a fresh take on the new wave mod sound.

Reminiscent of The Bees and The Coral, the band present their most recent and anthemic single to date: Let It Go. Fresh off a plethora of fantastic press reviews and two live sessions on BBC Radio 2’s Mark Lamarr and Janice Long’s radio shows this instant classic pop gem isn’t going to disappoint!

Life On Earth fizzes with ideas, pinballing from bristling mod pop
and paranoic freakbeat to intoxicating wafts of Mersey
psychedelia... **** - Q

Powerful guitars, organ, strong songs, catchy, simple, extremely
danceable, contagious; inspired by a combination of the best of 60s
bands yet with a definite modern day indie edge...a pretty damn fine
album... - Scootering
