In advance of their hotly anticipated album, Bangs & Talbot release ‘Surf’N’Turf’ on 6 June on digital platforms.
Both Chris Bangs & Mick Talbot have a rich history with Acid Jazz. Chris coined the phrase ‘acid jazz’ during a DJ set, while Mick (founding member of The Style Council) played on one of our rarest and most valuable singles as King Truman.
‘Surf’N’Turf’ sees the pair in characteristic style, following their 7” single release ‘Sumthin’ Else’, and offers a further hint of what’s to come on their first billed collaboration.
