The label has a long and noble tradition of both hosting live events and helping our bands and DJ’s perform and play in the UK and Internationally. This continues with the current crop of artists and DJs. Mark Morriss is a prolific performer; his band, The Bluetones have just announced an anniversary tour. Dexters, New Street Adventure and Men Of North Country are always playing somewhere and even Acid Jazz stalwarts, Corduroy, who recently released some classic lost recordings, have come out of retirement for some shows. Matt Berry has a host of dates with The Maypoles (which include his first show at The Albert Hall) and the label’s resident Jazzers, The Filthy Six, host their own soul and jazz night at The Brooklyn Bowl at The O2.
