To mark our 35th Anniversary, we are reissuing essential, formative Acid Jazz albums on coloured vinyl as a special series.
The Brand New Heavies’ ‘Original Flava’ was originally released in 1994. Highlights include the original versions of ‘Never Stop’ and’Dream Come True’, the band’s debut single ‘Got To Give’, along with out-takes from their debut album – including one of the highest points of British Jazz-Funk ‘Headhunters’ recorded live in an Austrian radio studio.
‘Original Flava’ is a vital snapshot into the early years of a vital band and the early years of Acid Jazz Records.
This special anniversary edition is remastered and pressed on white vinyl.
